How does NexiBook work?

NexiBook is an all-in-one platform for bookings, payments and online monetisation. It gives you a calendar, live classes in the browser (early access), upfront payments via Stripe, video library monetisation and subscription management.

How does setup work?

Solo is set up by you, with a step-by-step guide; from Studio upward the NexiBook team does the setup. You need an active Stripe or Netopia account, no separate video app needed for live classes, plus your class list and pricing.

What are the costs?

Plans start at 99 RON/month, VAT included (Solo), with 0% NexiBook commission. Stripe or Netopia handles payments and keeps its own fee; Solo includes email and chat support.

Automated Invoicing

Invoicing through the SmartBill and Oblio integrations; Romanian e-Factura goes through them.

  • Oblio: Romanian invoicing provider, see oblio.eu. Provider fees are on their own sites.

Solo

One administrator account: you run everything from one place, and clients book and pay online themselves. 99 RON/month, VAT included, with 0% platform commission.

NexiScreen

The video platform integrated into NexiBook: a video library and replays/mini-courses tied into StreamVault. From 449 RON/month, VAT included.

  • ** NexiBook charges 0% commission (the payment processor, Stripe or Netopia, keeps its own fee).
  • *** Annual billing means paying in advance with a 10% discount, not a 12-month lock-in.

Clients join the class from a link, right in the browser. No install, no account.

  • Write to [email protected] and tell us which classes you want live.
  • We set up the classes and send you short links that are easy to share on WhatsApp.
  • During class the instructor can mute, remove a participant or end the class. Clients can raise a hand.

Mini guide: Stripe in the EU

  • Go to stripe.com → Start now / Sign up; confirm your email.
  • Enable two-step authentication and complete “Activate payments” (country, entity, what you sell, support contacts, IBAN).
  • After verification, you can accept payments. Use Payment Links for a no-code start.

ℹ️ Recording live classes

Recording is optional and covers the instructor only. The replay is available after class, is viewable only through private expiring links and has no download button. Files are hosted on our own servers in the EU. You do not need a subscription to a separate video app.

How do I connect Stripe?

Dashboard → Integrations → Connect Stripe → follow the OAuth flow.

How do live classes work?

Each class has a short link. Clients open it in the browser with no app and no account, and the instructor can mute, remove a participant or end the class. Early access: write to us and we set up your classes.

Do you still have an external video app integration?

No. We have our own Live Online Classes system: clients join from a link with no separate video app. Early access: write to us and we set up your classes.

💰 Payments & revenue

When do I get paid?

Payout timing is set by the payment processor you choose (Stripe or Netopia). You can see your payments in the dashboard.

How do I monetise recordings?

Three steps: record the live class → recording appears in the library → set your price.
