How does NexiBook work?

NexiBook is an all-in-one platform for bookings, payments and online monetisation. It gives you a Zoom-ready calendar, upfront payments via Stripe, video library monetisation and subscription management.

How long does setup take?

15–30 minutes. You need an active Stripe account, optionally Zoom for streaming, plus your class list and pricing.

What are the costs?

Plans start at 99 RON/month (Founders Club) with 0% platform fee. Stripe handles payments; we include onboarding, migration and email support.

📦 Helpful plan details

SMS notifications (add-on)

Available on every plan. 100 SMS credits = 29 RON and you top up only when you need more.

WhatsApp notifications (add-on)

Optional add-on, 39 RON/month. Perfect for confirmations and reminders straight in WhatsApp.

e-Invoice integration

Automatic e-Invoices via SmartBill or Oblio, fully ANAF-compliant.

  • SmartBill: 1 year free through the Startup programme or via the Platinum package (API access).
  • Oblio: Free for 1 year for everyone, or free for life if you issue up to 3 documents/month. Create an account on oblio.eu and check the pricing page.

Starter

Includes 3 active instructors. “Active” = at least one class published in the current month; inactive instructors are free. Founders Club 25: 99 RON/month for 6 months, then 149 RON/month.

LiveStream Pro

Ideal if you need automatic Zoom links, unlimited instructors, and replays/mini-courses tied into VideoVault.

Zoom lets you host online classes with video, audio and screen sharing.

  • Visit zoom.us/signup, create your account and confirm the email.
  • Download Zoom Workplace, install it, sign in and run a test at zoom.us/test.
  • Schedule or start meetings directly from the app; share the link with clients.

Mini guide: Stripe in Romania

  • Go to stripe.com → Start now / Sign up; confirm your email.
  • Enable two-step authentication and complete “Activate payments” (country, entity, what you sell, support contacts, IBAN).
  • After verification, you can accept payments. Use Payment Links for a no-code start.

ℹ️ Zoom requirements for recordings

To monetise Zoom recordings you need an active Zoom Pro subscription. LiveStream Pro publishes recordings with one click, but Zoom Pro must be enabled in your Zoom account.

How do I connect Stripe?

Dashboard → Integrations → Connect Stripe → follow the OAuth flow. Done in under 2 minutes.

How do Zoom links work?

With LiveStream Pro we auto-create links, send reminders to attendees and publish replays instantly.

💰 Payments & revenue

When do I get paid?

Stripe pays out the first transactions after 7 business days, then every 2 business days. Everything is visible in the dashboard.

How do I monetise recordings?

Three steps: record the live class → recording appears in the library → set a price (50–70% of live price recommended).
