How much does NexiBook cost?

NexiBook starts at 99 RON/month (Solo plan, one administrator account for people working alone) and goes up to 489 RON/month (Studio Pro for studios with up to 10 trainers). Prices are in RON, VAT included. There are no NexiBook platform commissions and no annual contract. Payments go through Stripe or Netopia, and the payment processor keeps its own fee (for Stripe, approximately 1.5%).

Can I migrate my studio data to NexiBook?

Yes. You download the export from your current platform as Excel or CSV. We move the data from your file (clients, remaining credits and memberships, services, resources, bookings), and you review the report and approve before anything is applied. Solo is set up by the studio itself with a step-by-step guide; from Studio up, the NexiBook team does the configuration.

Does NexiBook work for studios outside Romania?

The platform is available in English and Romanian. Plans are priced in RON per month, VAT included, and payments go through Stripe or Netopia directly to your studio's company.

How does NexiBook handle group and private sessions?

Group and private sessions live in the same calendar. When a group class ends up with a single client, the trainer settles the difference in one click: add credits, mark it as paid or refund it.

How does NexiBook help reduce no-shows?

NexiBook requires prepayment at the time of booking via Stripe. A reminder goes out automatically before class (24 hours before by default). Clients can self-reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

Can I monetize recorded classes with NexiBook?

Yes. NexiBook's NexiScreen plan (price on request) lets you upload class replays and courses to an on-demand video library. You set per-video pricing, and clients can purchase access anytime. For live classes we offer Live Online Classes, which run in the browser with no separate video app (early access).

Live Online Classes

Clients join the class from a link, right in the browser, with no separate video app. It is our own video system, in early access: write to us and we set up your classes.

Clients install nothing: the link opens on iPhone (Safari), Android or a computer, and they can join without a camera.
You run the class: mute, remove a participant (they cannot rejoin with the same link) or end the class. Participants can raise a hand.
Recording is optional and covers the instructor only. The replay is viewable only through private expiring links, with no download button, hosted on our own servers in the EU.
The class and replay pages carry your studio's logo and colors, and the short links are easy to send on WhatsApp.
